Our Leader
Gelson Alves is the President of PCE Design and one of Paramount’s top engineering consultants. He focuses mainly on structural design, façade/glazing design and consulting. He is a licensed Professional Engineer who received a degree in civil engineering in Brazil before relocating to the United States.
During his 30+ year career, Gelson has moved fluidly between structural engineering and glazing. Having worked on 1,000+ projects across New York, Chicago, China, and South Florida, Gelson brings unmatched expertise in residential and commercial glazing engineering.
